Facebook TwitterMichael Baldwin, MLS, MPA, a self-professed descendent of the Lakota mystic warrior, Crazy Horse, was born and reared in Fort Worth, Texas. He was a library administrator and professor of American Government until he wasn’t. His poetry book, Scapes, won the Eakin Poetry Book award, 2011, and his chapbook, Counting Backward From Infinity, won the Morris Memorial Chapbook award, 2012. His Slam Poetry Manual was published by the American Library Association in 2004. He most recently authored Murder Music, a mystery-thriller novel, and Passing Strange, a collection of Science-Fiction short stories. He resides in Benbrook, Texas.
